Friday, 7 - 8 a.m.
Yoga on the Lake at the Community Sailing Center (evolution pt & yoga studio)
The best way to start your Friday!

Saturday, 10:30 - 11:45 a.m.
Vinyasa at Laughing River Yoga
A longer class that works toward some fun, more challenging postures, for students looking to take things further.

Men's Yoga (Wednesdays, 7 - 8:15 p.m.) at South End Studio is on summer break and will restart first week in September.
